1. Services Provided
Everbloom Psychology provides psychological services including (but not limited to):
- Psychological therapy and counselling
- Mental health assessment and support
- Telehealth and in-person consultations
- Psychoeducation and coaching services
Our services are provided in accordance with professional standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
2. No Medical Emergency Service
Everbloom Psychology does not provide crisis or emergency services.

3. Appointments and Cancellations
Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by email, or by phone, subject to availability.
Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice
- Non-attendance (“no-shows”)
may incur a cancellation fee, as the appointment time cannot usually be filled.
4. Fees and Payments
- Fees are disclosed prior to booking or at the time of service
- Payment is required at or before the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed
- Medicare or private health rebates may be available depending on eligibility
Everbloom Psychology reserves the right to update fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
5. Medicare and Rebates
If you are using Medicare rebates:
- You must provide a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral
- It is your responsibility to ensure eligibility
- Rebates are processed in accordance with Medicare requirements
We are not responsible for rejected or delayed Medicare claims due to incorrect information.
6. Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to us.
All personal and health information is handled in accordance with:
- The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
- The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
- Our Privacy Policy
Confidential information may only be disclosed where:
- You provide informed consent
- There is a legal obligation
- There is serious risk to you or others
