Welcome to Everbloom Psychology, where I prioritize a holistic approach to mental health and well-being. With experience in both public and private sectors, I am committed to providing compassionate support and effective therapy to individuals seeking growth and healing.
About Angella
I am a licensed psychologist with a diverse background in psychology. Over the years, I have worked extensively in ADHD coaching, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). My practice integrates these approaches to create a personalized therapy experience.
Specialties
I have experience supporting individuals through a range of challenges, life transitions, and presentations. I enjoy working alongside people in identifying their goals, values, and boundaries, assisting them in developing the skills they require to feel safe and empowered in their daily lives.
My areas of interest include emotional regulation, nuanced ADHD and Autism (particularly in women), parenting, and trauma. I provide an understanding of how our early life experiences and cultural expectations can impact our relationships with ourselves, others, and our interactions with the world.
Work and Study Performance
I specialize in helping individuals enhance work and study performance, build confidence, and develop effective strategies for success. As well as exploring and identifying suitable career pathways, settings and structures to promote work and life satisfaction and ensure your highest chances of success.
Boundaries and Healthy Relationships
Additionally, I assist clients in learning how to establish and maintain expansive boundaries to promote healthy relationships with themselves and others. This includes identifying needs, fostering assertiveness, self-compassion, and effective communication skills.
Holistic Approach
At Everbloom Psychology, I believe in an integrative and holistic approach to therapy tailored to each individual’s needs. I draw on therapies such as CBT, Schema Therapy, DBT, Positive Psychology, and ACT. My practice operates within a person-centered, trauma-informed, and Neurodivergent affirming paradigm.
